    New spring wheat on the UK National Recommended List 2025

    After three years of testing in official trials a new spring wheat variety, WPB Fraser is added on the  UK National Recommended List. WPB Fraser is listed as a hard group 4 feed wheat.  The resistances against yellow rust (8) and mildew (8) are high, with an average score for septoria tritici (6). WPB Fraser preforms with a medium hectolitre weight, protein content and Hagberg Falling Number. Most importantly, WPB Fraser has the highest yield (105) on the UK National Recommended List 2025.
