After three years of testing WBP Lamant is listed at the German Described variety List. WPB Lamant has demonstrated excellent performance in the trials. WPB Lamant has a tremendous package of resistance genes against diseases in wheat, including a very high resistances against septoria, mildew, yellow- and brownrust. Most important of all; WPB Lamant delivers very high yields treated and untreated. WPB Lamant has a good baking/milling quality (B 5 (bread volume)), a high hagberg falling number combined with a remarkable high milling of flour yield and high water adsorption. WPB Lamant has exhibited a very clean appearance in the field, a variety that has to grow on your farm.
